Summer 2010 Weight Room Hours
Summer 2010 Workout Times
All voluntary workouts will be at Panther Stadium. Students must pick a workout time and be on time, no showing up late!

The evening workouts are for those who have a job or internship obligation, otherwise you must workout at one of the morning times.

Weight room days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Running days are Tuesday and Thursday and the workout will be outside on the Panther Stadium field.

Monday, May 17 through Friday, June 3
Mornings: Monday-Friday - 8am and 10am
Evenings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 5:30-7:30pm

Monday, June 7 through Tuesday, August 10
Mornings: Monday-Friday - 8am, 10am, 11am
Evenings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 5:30-7:30pm
