FLORENCE, Ala. - The Birmingham-Southern men's golf team finished fourth overall at the 2008 TVA Credit Union Tournament hosted by the University of North Alabama on Tuesday afternoon. BSC's second team finished the tournament in seventh. Tournament host UNA finished in first place.
BSC finished 12-over par for the two-day event finishing with a combined 588. North Alabama finished 10-under (566), West Georgia was second at 9-under (567), Montevallo (3-over, 579) finished one spot ahead of BSC.
Ryan Falgout had the best score for Southern with a one-under par, 143. West Georgia's Jace Windom had the best combined score, finishing 6-under for 138. Josh Rabit finished one place behind Falgout with an even 144 for the tournament. Lee Benton finished in 18th with a five-over, 149.
The Panthers will wrap-up their 2008-09 schedule two Saturday's from now, October 25, at the Lehigh Invitational at the Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Penn.
