Griffin named IWLCA Second-Team All-Region

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Freshman Lyndsay Griffin has been named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Region Team, announced today by the IWLCA.
Griffin, an attacker/midfielder from Marietta, Georgia, led the Panther lacrosse team in its first season with 40 goals and 43 total points (40 goals/3 assists) this spring. She also led with 46 shots on goal and 18 caused turnovers, and was second on the team with 38 ground balls and 32 draw controls.
