    Bruce Maxwell chosen to play on Western Division All-Star Team BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–Former Birmingham-Southern baseball standout Bruce Maxwell has been selected as the starting catcher in the Midwest League's 49th annual All-Star Game. The Mid-Summer Classic is scheduled for June 18, 2013, at Fifth Third Field in Dayton, Ohio.
