Pedroso was also a three-time Team MVP, recording 231 career points to help bring LVC from a brand new program to a perennial contender in the MAC Commonwealth Conference. "I am extremely excited to announce the hiring of Malik Pedroso as our new assistant coach and offensive coordinator," Kear said. "Coach Pedroso has a great feel for the game and he is a tireless worker. Most importantly, Malik has experience with a young program. He was a part of the change that occurred as LVC matured from a brand new program to a contender in their conference. He will be able to use that experience as we look to win our first Southern Athletic Association Championship here at BSC. I am looking forward to seeing his impact on this program as he works with our team, particularly on the offensive end of the field."
