Men's Lacrosse hosts Rhodes in SAA Quarterfinal

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—The Birmingham-Southern men's lacrosse team hosts Rhodes College in the quarterfinals of the 2015 Southern Athletic Association Championship, Saturday at 1 p.m. on Battle Field at Panther Stadium.

The fourth-seeded Panthers are 8-6 heading into Saturday's game, while the fifth-seeded Lynx are 8-7. BSC won the regular-season meeting between the teams, 11-10 in double overtime.

Sophomore McHale Schneider leads the Panthers with 47 points courtesy of 27 goals and 20 assists. His 20 assists ranks him second in the league. Freshman David Arnold is eighth in the SAA with a team-high 31 goals.

Rhodes' Ryan Fennelly leads the league with 62 points and 23 assists, and is second with 39 goals.
