Stefan recently joined Eintracht and is already seeing playing time with his new team. Stefan travelled with the team to Vietnam for a series of exhibitions with Dong Tam Long An in Hanoi. Stefan had the chance to tie the game at 1:1 late in the first half in the 44th minute as a feeding pass found Stefan in the box, unfortunately, the shot sailed just past the goal.
Eintracht won both games in Vietnam with Stefan starting both and playing the full 90 minutes. The Bundesliga is one of Europe premier soccer leagues, with its’ best clubs representing Germany in the Champions League for the European Championship.
Eintracht finished the season in tenth place overall out of the 18 teams in the First League. Stefan was called up from the club’s regional team for their last game of the season against Wolfsburg, but did not get into the game.
