Men Fall to Wabash in Orlando Finale

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Birmingham-Southern men's tennis team finished its Florida road trip 2-2 after falling to Wabash 6-3 on the final day of competition.  The Panthers are now 4-3 overall on the year.

Anthony Pellegrini (Huntsville, Ala./Huntsville HS) and Jameson Bekaert (Johns Creek, Ga./Rivers Academy) picked up the Panthers lone doubles win 8-4 in the No. 1 spot.  Alex Wisener (Horton, Ala./Douglas HS) defeated his opponent 6-4, 6-3 in No. 3 singles.  And Anthony Romano (Knoxville, Tenn./Webb HS) won 6-2, 6-3 in No. 6 singles.

BSC takes a short break before returning to competition.  They welcome MUW to the Hilltop on Sunday, Marcy 17 at 11 a.m.
