Cross Country and Track and Field programs get commitment from Zac Cook
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern cross country and track and field programs have received a commitment for the 2009-10 season in Zac Cook out of Northridge High School in Tuscaloosa, Ala., head coach Lars Porter announced today.
Cook is a versatile athlete who can compete in both cross country and track for the Panthers next season.
