Cross Country results from JSU Foothills Invitational

OXFORD, Ala.—Junior Robert Willet placed seventh to help pace the Birmingham-Southern cross country team at the Foothills Invitational, hosted by Jacksonville State this weekend.

Willett recorded an 8K time of 26:37.49 and was the Panthers' top finisher on the men's side. Junior Jessica Thornton was the top finisher for the women with a 5K time of 20:18.90, placing 45th.

The teams are back in action on Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Choctaw Open, hosted by Mississippi College in Clinton, Miss.
