Pre BSC: Started centerfield on varsity as a senior at Spain Park High School, a member of the Spain Park team for four years, graduated a member of the National Honor Society, the French National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta mathematics honor society and with a Chord in Science.

Personal: Born April 28,1993, the daughter of Terry and Michelle Ballew and sister to Emily and Amanda Ballew. Aspires to double major in Chemistry and Physics, looking into a Graduate degree in Chemical/Nuclear Engineering.
