SHENANDOAH, Texas – Birmingham-Southern swimming and diving had a great week at the NCAA Division III Championships. Freshmen Noah Young (Clinton, Miss/Clinton HS) and Becca Erwin (Duluth, Ga./Duluth HS) were named All-Americans and Chaz Brouillette (Cullman, Ala./Cullman HS) finished top 20 in the country in the 1-meter diving competition.
"Having three freshmen competing at the NCAA Championships and achieving all-american status bodes well for the future of the program both in conference and nationally," said Head Coach Toby Wilcox. "I was very proud of the way they handled the pressure of their first national championship extremely well."
