MOBILE, Ala.—The Birmingham-Southern track and field teams capped off the 2011 outdoor regular season with five top finishes at the South Alabama Quad Meet, Saturday in Mobile.

On the men's side, sophomore Robert Willett also won the 800-meter run.

The other teams competing in today's meet were host South Alabama, Troy, and Auburn, all Division I programs.

"Today was a solid finish to our 2011 outdoor regular season," Head Coach Kenneth Cox said. "We had some great finishes and I felt that our team came to compete against the field."

The Panthers have one more meet on their schedule, the Last Chance Meet, May 14-15. The location is to be announced.
