Bromirski, Brown earn SAA Women's Basketball post-season honors

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Senior Elizabeth Bromirski was named First-Team All-Southern Athletic Association and sophomore Kelsey Brown earned Honorable Mention honors in exclusive voting by the league's head coaches, the conference office announced today.

Bromirski, a guard from Somerville, Ala., led the team and was sixth in the SAA with 14.3 points per game, and she also led the team and was fifth in the league with 8.3 rebounds a contest. She also ranked second in the SAA with a .846 free throw percentage. Bromirski had 11 double-doubles this season, and scored a career-high 29 points on Jan. 31 against Berry.

Brown, a guard from Knoxville, Tenn., averaged 10.5 points a game, putting her at 11th in the SAA, and she was sixth with 71 assists, averaging 3.1 per game.
