Panthers Drop Home Game Against Huntingdon

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern women's basketball team dropped its first home game in almost a month Monday night.  BSC (3-6) fell 81-58 against Huntingdon College in Bill Battle Coliseum.

 

Emilee Olsen (Marietta, Ga./Lassiter HS) and Derienne Black (Madison, Ala./Sparkman HS) led the Panthers offensively.  Olsen finished with team-highs of 15 points and eight rebounds.  Black netted 12 points of her own, respectively.

 

The Panthers hit the road next traveling to Atlanta for the Quality Suites Holiday Classic hosted by Oglethorpe University.  They take on Calvin on Thursday at 3 p.m. ET and then face Hope on Friday at 1 p.m. ET.
