
ATLANTA – The Birmingham-Southern women's basketball team dropped a game to the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels 65-48 on Friday evening.
The loss dropped the Panthers to 8-13 overall and 5-5 in the Southern Athletic Association.
The Panthers trailed for the entire game and could never gain an advantage on the Petrels.
Junior Kaitlin Hogan (Vestavia Hills, Ala./Vestavia Hills HS) led the team in the loss with a double-double 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Birmingham-Southern will remain on the road for its next game, a matchup against the Vikings of Berry College on Sunday, Feb. 3.
