Women's Golf finishes fourth at Rome News-Tribune Invitational

ROME, Ga.—
The Birmingham-Southern women's golf team finished fourth with a two-round score of 644 at the Rome News-Tribune Invitational, hosted by Berry College. Freshman Ellen Chun shot 157 to lead the Panthers and finished tied for seventh.

Junior Jennifer Commander was next for BSC, tying for ninth with a score of 158, followed by senior Ashley Lovell with 162, freshmen Katie Skeeles and Kaleigh Toole with 168, sophomore Michelle Morris with 173, and freshman Rachelle Struthers with 178.

Lee University won the tournament with a score of 605, and Lee's Geandra Almeida was the individual winner with a two-under 142.
