Women's soccer drops 2-0 decision to AUM

Box Score

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -
The BSC women's soccer team came up short against the Auburn-Montgomery Senators, 2-0 this afternoon.

A pair of goals on either side of the halftime put the Panthers on the wrong side of the scoreboard and they couldn't recover in time, despite an encouraging final forty minutes.

Coach Walton had this to say about his team's effort. "We played a very good team today in AUM.  We got off to a slow start, but the second half really gave us something to build on."

The Panthers will attempt to rebound this weekend as they host the BSC Soccer Classic at BSC Soccer Park, starting this Friday.  'Southern will face Mississippi College at 7:30 following the Sewanee-Berry College game at 5:00.
