Women's Box Scores & Statistics
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The men's and women's tennis teams traveled to Orlando, Fla., last week during BSC's Spring Break, taking on Wayne State University, Wisconsin-La Crosse, and Campbellsville University.
The men's team is now 7-6 on the season, while the women are 4-5.
The men went 2-1, defeating UW-La Crosse, 7-2, and Campbellsville, 6-3, but losing to Wayne State, 7-2. Freshman Reed Pilling was the only Panther to go 3-0 in singles, while junior Will Boucek and freshman Sawyer Voges both went 2-1. Zukley and senior J.C. Freeman also went 2-1 in doubles play.
The women were 1-2 with a 7-2 win against Campbellsville but an 8-1 loss to Wayne State and a 6-3 loss to UW-La Crosse. Senior Rachal Jones and freshman Raeann Lamere both went 2-1 in singles action.
The men are back on the court on Tuesday, March 23, against Memphis, and both teams face UT Tyler on Thursday, March 25, at 2 p.m.
