
JACKSON, Miss. – Birmingham-Southern women's basketball succumbed to a late rally from Howard Payne Sunday afternoon to fall 57-55 in the final day of the Millsaps Thanksgiving Tournament. BSC (1-4) led by as many as 15 points in the third quarter.
Emilee Olsen (Marietta, Ga./Lassiter HS) led with game-highs of 15 points and 14 rebounds, earning her fifth straight double-double. Kaitlin Hogan (Vestavia Hills, Ala./Vestavia Hills HS) also picked up a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Aisya Davis (Powder Springs, Ga./Hillgrove HS) finished with 11 points, respectively, to round out the Panthers in double-digits.
BSC returns home on Tuesday, Nov. 28 to face Agnes Scott. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
